Terms of Service
By purchasing or using VirginAI Skills you agree to these terms. Read carefully.
1. What you're buying
You're buying a license to use one or more Claude Code skill files ("Skills") that we authored. Each Skill is a markdown file plus optional supporting files. Skills run on your machine, in your Claude Code environment, using your own API keys for any third-party services.
2. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use each purchased Skill for commercial or personal use. You may use Skills in your own business. You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Skills as standalone products.
- Strip our authorship or claim the Skills as your own creation.
- Reverse-engineer or repackage Skills for sale to third parties.

3. Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee on standalone skill purchases and the first month of Pro. Email hello@virginai.shop with your order number. No questions asked, but we may ask why so we can improve.
Setup services are non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel before the session, full refund.
Lifetime access can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that, it's lifetime.
4. Pro subscription
Pro is billed monthly at $99/mo until canceled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds. When canceled, you keep any standalone Skills you already bought, but lose access to monthly drops and updates.
5. Third-party API costs
Many Skills require you to bring your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Apollo, Serper, etc.). You are solely responsible for any costs incurred from third-party API usage. We provide setup guides but no warranty on third-party pricing.
6. No warranty
Skills are provided "as is." We make every effort to ship working, tested skills, but we don't guarantee they'll perform every task perfectly for every use case. AI is probabilistic — sometimes outputs vary. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in production.
7. Liability cap
Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance is the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use our Skills to: produce content that violates law, harass others, infringe IP rights, send spam, or generate CSAM/illegal material. Violation = immediate license termination, no refund.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use of the Skills after notice = acceptance of new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law (the jurisdiction VirginAI operates from). Disputes go to Mumbai courts unless a faster path makes sense.
