Within 14 days of purchase, if any skill, subscription, or setup service doesn't meet your expectations — for any reason — email us and we'll refund 100% to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What this covers

  • Standalone skill purchases ($49–$129) — full refund within 14 days
  • Pro subscription — full refund of first month within 14 days
  • Lifetime access — full refund within 14 days
  • Setup services — full refund if cancelled before delivery; if already delivered, refundable within 14 days minus our cost of session time
  • Agency Reseller tier — 30-day pro-rata refund window

EU & UK customers — your rights

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our policy meets and exceeds these requirements. You may request a refund without giving a reason.

Note: by downloading and using digital content (the skill files), you may waive the cooling-off period in some jurisdictions. We voluntarily honor refunds beyond the legal minimum because we believe in our product.

After 14 days

Subscriptions: cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds.

One-time purchases (skills, lifetime, setup) are final after 14 days.

How to request a refund

  2. Include your order number (in your purchase email) or the email used at checkout
  3. Optional: tell us why — it helps us improve, but you don't have to
  4. We respond within 24 hours and process within 7 business days

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account or card. It can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we always refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs us additional fees and extends resolution time. We reserve the right to disable accounts that file chargebacks without first attempting contact.
